Khaleel has over a decade of experience in predominantly the London Construction Market through his time at Gardiner & Theobald and exigere.
He has advised on schemes ranging up to £100m covering a range of sectors including; commercial, category B fi t out, high end residential and retail.
Khaleel is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) having undertaken his Assessment in November 2017.
He has worked with high profile Clients including; Derwent, DWS, Grosvenor, Tokoro, Sterling Real Estate.
